Tier 1 - Performance Coaching

Built for people who want structure and guidance, with check ins every two weeks to keep you consistent and moving forward.

Mindset Coaching 

More support for consistency, stress, habits, and follow through.

  • Deeper coaching support around routines, stress, and decision making

  • Extra guidance when life is busy, and moments test you.

  • Accountability that keeps you consistent through imperfect weeks

  • Weekly check in and program adjustments

  • One technique/form video review per week

  • Higher priority messaging with a clear response window

How Payment Works

Coaching runs month to month and is billed weekly. Training and support follow an ongoing progression model, adapting over time as your goals and capacity change.

Gym Training Session

In Person Personal Training

Hands on coaching for strength, conditioning, movement, and technique. One on one coached sessions with real time feedback, corrections, and adjustments. Sessions are structured from warm up through to finish and tailored to your goals. Suitable for beginners through to advanced clients. Can be used on its own or alongside online coaching.
